               જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ તથા તેના હેઠળ આવતી ગ્રાન્ટેડ/નોન ગ્રાન્ટેડ શાળાઓમાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં બાળકોને દાખલ કરતી વખતે મા-બાપ અન્ય વાલી વારસો તરફથી દાખલ કરવામાં આવતા તથા માનવીય ભુલના કારણે વિગત દોષ થાય છે. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક અધિનિયમ ૧૯૪૭ તથા મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયમો-૧૯૪૯ માં શાળામાં અભ્યાસ કરતા બાળકોના નામ,અટક, જન્મ તારીખમાં જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા રજુ કર્યે સુધારા કરવા માટેની સત્તા જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિને આપેલ છે તથા જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિએ આ અધિકારો જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીને સુપ્રત કરેલ હતા તથા જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીએ આ અધિકારો તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રીને સુપ્રત કરેલ હતા.

               While enrolling the children studying in the primary schools run by the District Education Committee and the grant aided / non-granted schools under it, the parents are admitted from other guardians and due to human error, the details are faulty. The District Education Committee has been empowered to amend the Mumbai Primary Act 18 and Mumbai Primary Education Rules-12 by providing necessary supporting evidence in the name, surname and date of birth of the children studying in the school. The Primary Education Officer had handed over these rights to the Taluka Development Officer.

શરતો

1. વાલીએ નિયત નમુનામાં અરજીપત્રકમાં જે શાળામાં બાળક અભ્યાસ કરતુ હોઈ ત્યા અરજી આપવાની રહેશે.
2. આ ફેરફાર માત્ર શાળામાં હાલ અભ્યાસ કરતા બાળકો પુરતો જ કરી શકાશે.
3. બાળકના વાલીનું નામ કે જન્મ તારીખ કે અટક આ પરીપત્રથી સુધારી શકાશે નહી.
4. દત્તક બાળકના કીસ્સામાં કે, પુનઃલગ્નના કિસ્સામાં વાલીના નામ બદલવાની કાર્યવાહી આ પરીપત્ર મુજબ થશે નહી.તેના માટે વાલીએ જિલ્લા પંચાયતની જન્મ મરણ નોંધણી રજીસ્ટ્રાર(કુંટુંબ કલ્યાણ) શાખાનો સંપર્ક કરી કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે.
5. શાળાના આચર્યશ્રીએ નિયમોનુસાર સુધારો કરવા પાત્ર થતો હોય તો જ દરખાસ્ત તૈયાર કરી તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીને મોકલવાની રહેશે.અન્યથા વાલીને સ્પષ્ટ સમજ આપવાની રહેશે.
6. તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરીએ દરખાસ્તની કાળજીપૂર્વક ચકાસણી કરી ફેરફાર રજીસ્ટર નિભાવી તેમા સુધારો ચઢાવી હુકમ કરવાનો રહેશે.
7. હુકમ મુજબ સંબંધીત શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ જરૂરી રેકર્ડમાં સુધારો કરી હુકમ અને તારીખ લખવાના રહેશે.
8. નામ જન્મ તારીખ સુધારાની કાર્યવાહી પેટે કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની ફી વાલી જોડેથી લેવાની રહેતી નથી.
9. આ પરીપત્ર જિલ્લા પંચાયત સંચાલીત સરકારી શાળાઓ જિલ્લા પંચાયત વિસ્તારમાં આવતી ગ્રાન્ટેડ અને નોન ગ્રાન્ટેડ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ પુરતો જ માન્ય રહેશે.

• શાળા વિકાસ યોજના (School Developement Plan – SDP)
• આપત્તિ વ્યવસ્થાપન યોજના (Disaster Management Plan As per GSDMA)

Terms

1. The guardian has to submit the application in the prescribed form in the application form to the school where the child is studying.
2. This change can only be made for children currently studying in school.
3. The name or date of birth or surname of the child's guardian cannot be corrected by this circular.
4. In case of an adopted child or in case of remarriage, the change of name of the guardian will not be done as per this circular.
5. The principal of the school should prepare the proposal and send it to the taluka primary education officer only if he is eligible to amend according to the rules.
6. The office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer shall carefully examine the proposal, maintain the change register and make an order amending it.
7. As per the order, the principal of the school concerned will have to amend the required record and write the order and date.
8. No fee of any kind is required to be taken from the guardian for the procedure of correction of name and date of birth.
9. This circular will be valid only for government schools run by district panchayats, grant aided and non grant aided primary schools in district panchayat area.
