કોલેજ કક્ષાના સ્નાતક, અનુસ્નાતક તથા અન્ય ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જન જાતિ, સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાતવર્ગ તથા આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થી અને વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓને વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨નાં શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ માટે આણંદ, ભાવનગર, જામનગર, હિંમતનગર, પાટણ ખાતેના સમરસ કુમાર અને કન્યા છાત્રાલયો તેમજ વડોદરા કુમાર અને સુરત કન્યા સમરસ છાત્રાલયમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસેથી https:/ /samras.gujarat.gov.in/ વેબસાઇટ ૫૨ તા. 30-06-2022 સુધી ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે.

ગુજરાતમાં આવેલી તમામ સમરસ છાત્રાલયના સરનામાં, સંપર્ક નંબર અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની જાતિવાર કેપીસીટી અંગે જાણવા માટે અહી ક્લિક કરો.

Students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes studying in college level undergraduate, postgraduate and other higher courses at Anand, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Himmatnagar, Patan for the academic year 2021-22. And from girls hostels as well as students seeking admission in Vadodara Kumar and Surat Kanya Samaras Hostels https://samras.gujarat.gov.in/ Website Online applications are invited till 15-10-2021.

• સ્નાતક કક્ષાના તમામ અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં કોઇપણ વર્ષ કે સેમેસ્ટરમાં નવો પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે ધોરણ-૧૨ની ટકાવારી અને અનુસ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં સ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમની ટકાવારીના આધારે મેરીટના ધોરણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

(નોંધ : વિદ્યાર્થીએ ૫૦% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઈએ.)

• In order to get new admission in any year or semester in all the graduate level courses, admission will be given on the basis of merit on the basis of percentage of standard 12 and percentage of graduate level courses in postgraduate level.

(Note: Student should have got 50% or more marks.)

• રિન્યુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટેના લાયકાતના ધોરણો વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
• Eligibility criteria for admission to renewed students are available on the website.
• જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૦-૨૧ના વર્ષમાં અરજી કરેલ હોય પરંતુ કોવિડ-૧૯ના કારણે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવેલ ન હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નવેસરથી ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. અગાઉ કરેલ અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ.
• Students who have applied in the year 2020-21 but have not been admitted due to Covid-12 will have to re-apply online. An earlier application will not be considered valid.

ઓનલાઇન અરજીના આધારે પ્રવેશ માટેની પ્રોવિઝનલ મેરીટ યાદી પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેથી તેમાં સ્થાન મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વેબસાઇટ પર દર્શાવેલ સમયગાળામાં સંબંધિત સમરસ છાત્રાલય ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી કરાવવાની રહેશે.

• Since the provisional merit list for admission has been published on the basis of online application, the students appearing in it will have to verify the original certificates at the respective Samaras Hostel within the period indicated on the website.
• જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થિની ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મમાં ભરેલ ટકાવારી અને અસલ માર્કશીટની ટકાવારીમાં તથા લાયકાત અંગેના પ્રમાણપત્રોમાં તફાવત હશે તો તેવા અરજદારોનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરવામાં આવશે.
• If there is a discrepancy between the percentage filled in the online form of a student and the percentage of the original marksheet and the certificates of eligibility, the admission of such applicants will be canceled.
• વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ ઓનલાઇન અરજીના આધારે પ્રવેશ અંગેનો હક્ક દાવો કરી શકશે નહિ. સમરસ છાત્રાલયમાં પ્રવેશ અંગેની અંતિમ યાદી કોવિડ-૧૯ની પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાને લઈ સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા નક્કી કરેલ નિયમોના આધારે બહાર પાડવામાં આવશે.
• The student will not be able to claim admission based on the online application made. The final list for admission in Samaras Hostel will be issued on the basis of the rules laid down by the Government taking into account the situation of Covid-19.
• હાલમાં કોવિડ-૧૯ને કારણે ફક્ત રિન્યુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે. ત્યારબાદ છાત્રાલયની ક્ષમતા મુજબ નવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
• At present only renewed students will be admitted due to Covid-19. New students will then be admitted according to the capacity of the hostel.
• અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોમાં કોવિડ ૧૯ મહામારી અથવા કોઈપણ કારણોસર સરકારશ્રી અને સ્થાનિક પ્રશાસનને સમરસ છાત્રાલય કોવિડ કેર સેન્ટર તરીકે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાની જરૂરિયાત જણાય તો પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને છાત્રાલય તાત્કાલિક ખાલી કરવાની શરતે પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
• In case of unavoidable Covid-19 epidemic or for any reason the Government of Local Government may find it necessary to use the Samaras Hostel as a Covid Care Center, the admitted students will be admitted on the condition of immediate vacation of the hostel.
